The theory is taken on computers, you can make 2 mistakes. If you exceed this limit, you have the right to retake a week later. If you pass the theory, move on to the practical part.
Practical knowledge
Students gain practical knowledge and skills on the Center's vessels in the waters of the Pirogovskoye Reservoir (Boltino village). Please check with the training center managers for the cost of practical lessons on how to operate a small boat.
An individual schedule is drawn up for practical classes. Each trainee arrives at the strictly assigned time.
Boat lessons are held for one hour (60 minutes) for two or three trainees at a time.
Lesson program
- Preparing the vessel for navigation, placing cargo, life-saving equipment, and equipment on board the vessel. Checking the serviceability of mechanisms, preparing the engine for start-up.
- Safe engine starting, maintenance and monitoring of its operation Idling, engine stop.
- Movement of the vessel (giving way) from a standstill, moving in a straight line at low speed, developing speed, making turns and turns at different speeds.
- Smooth reduction in speed to stop and approach the pier (shore) for mooring with a log, bow, stern. Controlling the ship when moving in reverse.
- Performing a man overboard maneuver.

Upon completion of the courses, a certificate of completion of the educational institution is issued and organized examinations are carried out at the State Institute of Inspectorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. After successfully passing the exams, a certificate (license) is issued for the right to operate a small vessel with a mark for the permitted navigation areas.
Certification
Certification is carried out in the departments of human safety at water bodies of the main departments of the Ministry vested with the appropriate powers. Russian Federation for civil defense, emergency situations and disaster relief in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and departments, sections, groups within centers exercising state supervision of small vessels (hereinafter referred to as GIMS).
International certificate

The international certificate exam takes place in Estonia, Tallinn according to the following schedule. Friday: departure from Moscow. Saturday, Sunday: practice in Tallinn. Monday: exam, departure to Moscow. Note: travel, accommodation and meals are not included in the tuition fee!

What documents need to be issued for a jet ski?
